Janna Kristina Leganger Aaserud is a team coordinator at Deichman Biblo Holmlia, a unique special library and a creative meeting place for children aged 10–13. She leads a team of 10 staff members and works to ensure clear structure, good communication, and strong collaboration in their daily work. She combines her coordinating role with an active presence “on the floor,” working closely with children through creative mediation and activities.

She has a background and education in dance and pedagogy, and has previously worked as a professional dancer, dance teacher, and activity school team leader in Oslo. These experiences have given her a strong commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and creative spaces for children—both through activities and in collaboration with colleagues.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring Oslo’s cultural scene, including art exhibitions, concerts, dance performances, and theatre. She still loves to dance.
