Ida Šipek is a psychologist and Gestalt psychotherapist. She built her professional career across nearly all levels of the education system—from kindergartens to high schools—working as a psychologist and as the director of the “Tratinčica” Kindergarten in Koprivnica. She has published picture books focused on self-connection, as well as several workbooks designed to encourage development. She is the owner of Centar za rast (Center for Growth), a practice through which she provides psychotherapy for adults and children, as well as various educational programs and workshops. By nature, she is a curious person who is constantly learning and frequently participates as an educator herself. She finds fulfillment in cooking, music, and travel.
