Mihovil Maloča (1986) is an experienced drama director with extensive experience in working with children, youth and vulnerable groups. Through many years of work at Ludens Theatre and numerous international volunteer projects (CISV), he has developed strong teaching and mentoring skills, as well as a high level of empathy and the ability to lead complex groups in challenging environments, such as hospital wards or summer camps. He is an award-winning amateur actor and playwright/screenwriter whose work methodology is based on Forum Theatre and drama workshops that encourage social integration and personal growth of participants and himself as a drama director. In his free time, he writes lyrics and creates music based on poetry, and is a big fan of free climbing.
