Dragana works as a librarian in the Marketing Department of the National and University Library in Zagreb as the editor-in-chief of the NSK portal and social networks.

With a professional interest in new technologies and positive organizational disruption through the digitalization of library business with methods such as design thinking, she has participated in and led numerous projects mainly focusing on new technologies, and since 2020 she is the head of NSK Digital Laboratory.
