Dijana Mateša adores forests and trees. She also feels a bit like a tree, well grounded and with her head high in the clouds, which helps her to imagine and dream, but also to turn her ideas into deeds. That is why she named her craft Mudro drvo (Wise Tree).

Dijana is a psychotherapist and leads individual and group psychotherapy sessions at the Wise Tree. In cooperation with Public Open University, she organized and leads a psychodrama group. Some of her activities are focused on the well-being of the community, so she founded the association for the promotion of mental health called “Srčika” in cooperation with Goran Živković. The association deals only with light topics for a start: failure and death. They organize gatherings called Death Café (Kafić smrti), which are the longest-running gatherings of that type in Croatia, as well as forums called “Let failure turn you on” (Napali se na neuspjeh).

Dijana is also a theater pedagogue and for many years she worked with children and young people in the drama studio of the Ludens Theater. She is an English teacher at Koprivnica High School.
